Every sphere of light has its psychological shadow within our own psyche. These lower regions are called the Klipoth or the Inverted Tree.
The ego dwells in these internal abysses, devouring the energy of our psyche. By dissolving the aggregate through meditation, we eliminate that shadow and rescue the trapped light or essence. In this way, the Kabbalist advances in initiation.
Second Factor: Alchemical Birth in the Ninth Sphere
The work to create the Existential Bodies of the Being takes place in the ninth sphere, Yesod. This sphere represents sex and the source of creative energy.
Alchemy teaches us to transmute creative energies through scientific chastity and conscious breath work. By not allowing this force to dissipate, energy ascends through the spinal column to awaken the Kundalini and crystallise the higher vehicles of the Being.
Third Factor: Sacrifice for Humanity and the Light of Kether
The pure light of Kether, the first sphere, represents the Father and conscious mercy. That light descends through the entire Tree to illuminate human consciousness.
